1. Service
Consensus is software operated by mladonn. It provides AI-assisted problem analysis in the browser.
2. Account
You must create an account to use the product.
3. Purchases
v1 purchases are the $10.00 USD and $20.00 USD prepaid usage packs, paid via Stripe. Face value is credited to the customer’s Consensus organization after payment succeeds.
4. Credit
Credit may be used only inside Consensus. It is not transferable off the platform. It is not a stored-value wallet, not a gift card, and not redeemable for cash.
5. No physical goods
No physical goods and no shipping. The product is delivered in the browser.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity or to circumvent these terms.
7. Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable. Unused credit remains in the customer’s Consensus account and can be used only inside the product. Credit is not cashed out.
